3rd update teaser for my new indie feature film, a 2h30 Action / Comedy Adventure, self funded with the help of a Kickstarter. After 3 years, filming is now done (90 filming days), and it’s currently under post production. Again, I did everything by myself with the help of a 1 person crew, from preprod, to storyboarding, blocking, casting, costumes, set dressing, props… Then filming, lights, Special effects, actors direction. Currently working on dubbing and special effects with various artists.
After 5 shorts films, I created, wrote, filmed and directed my first indie feature film, an Action Comedy, tribute to the 80′s Action Heroes gold era: Commando Ninja.
Our movie was seen more than 7 million times on Youtube in 10 different languages, and is now distributed in the US via Vinegar Syndrome, and will be soon in Japan. We also made a little franchise out of it, a Comic Book, Action Figures, VHS, Tee-shirts, a Soundtrack (Vinyls and Cassettes at Lakeshore Records). The movie was funded thanks to a successful Kickstarter campaign which involved a thousand donators.
